Line the bottom of the basket
with a baby blanket. Allow one or two corners of the blanket to hang
over the edge of the container.
Use yellow, pink and blue tissue
to make “puffs” between the items in the basket.
Wrap the basket with yellow, pink
or blue tulle.
Take a cloth diaper (or make a
fake one out of paper), fold it into a triangle and wrap it around the
bottom of the basket (like you’re diapering a baby). Secure with two

Tie a baby rattle onto a ribbon
so that the rattle hangs on the front of the basket.
Top off the basket with a bow
made from yellow, pink and blue curling ribbon.
Use a Time Capsule theme: include
a photo album, picture frames, scrapbook with scrapbooking supplies,
growth chart, baby’s keepsake book, or a journal with an elegant pen.
Place everything in a nice hatbox or lidded basket.
Simple and Inexpensive:
Tied a bib and baby blanket together with a ribbon. Attach a
pacifier or small baby rattle to the bow.
